FCC runs under the programming-language Perl. Most systems have Perl pre-installed but Windows for instance does not. First you have to install Perl and then you can run FCC :
Windows:

And then you can proceed to download FCC wallet and install this next:
Windows:

Linux:
FCC 2.3.2 (zipped tarball)
macOS:
FCC 2.3.2 (rar)
Extract / unpack the archive to a folder of choice (i.e. C:\FCC on Windows or /Documents/FCC for macOS & Linux). Then double-click Install_FCC and it will start to install FCC. After the installation is finished, you can run FCC_Wallet to start and create a wallet. After that you’re up and running.
